While the practice where I work can handle any mental health issue, I excel at addressing stress, anxiety, and depression through the implementation of therapeutic lifestyle changes, relaxation techniques, mindfulness strategies, and building confidence through a collaborative client-counselor relationship. I offer therapy sessions in person and online via video. I'm available most weekdays until 7 p.m. I cannot accept insurance payments, but I offer a reduced cash rate of $50 per session.
I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of trauma, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I am certified in DBT and trained in addressing Perinatal/Postnatal mood disorders and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
