Amber Adams, LPC, is the Owner and Operator of Brighter Day Counseling Services and a Licensed Professional Counselor providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in the Texas Panhandle. Amber is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Amber believes therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and empowering. She works to meet each client where they are, helping them better understand their emotions, patterns, and experiences while building practical skills for everyday life. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based strategies.
A significant focus of Amber’s work is supporting women’s mental health. She has a strong interest in working with women experiencing perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, burnout, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and stress related to balancing life’s many roles. Amber also works with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and the impact of stress or trauma.
As the founder of Brighter Day Counseling Services, Amber is committed to creating accessible, high-quality mental health care for the community. She values authenticity, connection, and trust, and strives to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and encouraged as they move toward healing and personal growth.

Whitney Browning, LPC-Associate, provides compassionate, client-centered counseling for adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Whitney practices under the supervision of Lisa Gibson, LPC-S.
Whitney believes therapy is a collaborative process and works closely with clients to explore emotional patterns, stressors, and relational dynamics that may be contributing to distress. She helps individuals develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional awareness, and build resilience when facing life transitions, overwhelming emotions, or ongoing mental health concerns.
Whitney has a special interest in working with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, including symptoms such as persistent worry, low mood, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty managing daily stress. She also enjoys working with couples who want to strengthen communication, better understand one another, and work through conflict in a healthy and productive way.
Whitney approaches counseling with empathy, authenticity, and respect for each client’s unique experiences. Her goal is to support clients in gaining insight, fostering emotional growth, and moving toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Jynna Harris, LPC-Associate, provides compassionate, developmentally informed counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults. She enjoys working with a diverse range of clients and believes each individual brings unique strengths, challenges, and experiences into the therapy space. Jynna practices under the supervision of Sharyn Delgado, LPC-S.
While Jynna values working with clients of all backgrounds, her greatest area of training, confidence, and passion is supporting children and young adults. She has a strong interest in working with anxiety, ADHD, and the many challenges that come with growing up, including emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. Jynna strives to help clients better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical skills they can use both in and outside of sessions.
Jynna has also enjoyed working with parents and caregivers, offering parenting skills and supportive guidance to help families navigate behavioral challenges, communication concerns, and everyday stressors. She values collaboration with parents and caregivers as an important part of supporting a child’s overall growth and well-being.
Jynna approaches counseling with empathy, patience, and authenticity, creating a safe and encouraging environment where clients feel supported and understood. Her goal is to help clients and families feel more confident, connected, and equipped as they move through life’s challenges.
Kayla Marano, LPC-Associate, provides compassionate and supportive counseling for children, young adults, and adults navigating life adjustments, relational challenges, and emotional stress. She enjoys working with individuals who are facing change, conflict, or uncertainty and is dedicated to offering a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood. Kayla practices under the supervision of Sharyn Delgado, LPC-S.
Kayla has a special interest in working with young adults and adults who are experiencing new life adjustments, relationship concerns, or ongoing relational conflict. She helps clients explore emotional patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and change. Kayla also enjoys working with children who may be experiencing family conflict or who simply need additional support and a listening ear.
Kayla believes in meeting clients where they are and approaching therapy with empathy, patience, and collaboration. Her goal is to help clients feel validated, build insight, and gain confidence as they navigate challenges and work toward personal growth and emotional well-being.
